2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 14 years old and legally able to consent to the service under the laws of your place of residence. We may restrict use when age or legal capacity cannot be confirmed.

You sign in with Google, Discord, or Kakao. You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account and may not use another person's account.

3. Service and voting

The service is a free campaign where users listen to QWER tracks and vote for either Song A or Song B. Each account may submit one vote, which cannot be changed or withdrawn after submission.

Voting results are collected as feedback and do not determine or guarantee any release, production, or business decision.

4. Prize event

Users who complete a vote may optionally enter the prize event. Five winners will be selected at random from valid entries. The prize is the ‘QWER CHAPER 1 BUNDLE & ‘1,2,QWER!’ VOD SET (Signed Ver.)’.

Winner announcements, response deadlines, delivery, taxes, costs, and other details will be posted on QWER's official Instagram (@qwerband_official) and X (@official_QWER). Changes that disadvantage existing entrants will not apply retroactively.

We may invalidate an entry or award involving inaccurate information, duplicate or automated participation, identity misuse, or interference with service operations.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Violating applicable law, these Terms, or public order
• Distorting results through duplicate votes, automation, or abnormal access
• Interfering with the service, servers, or networks
• Infringing the rights or personal data of the operator or a third party

6. Changes and suspension

We may change or suspend all or part of the service for maintenance, failures, force majeure, platform policy changes, or campaign operations. Where reasonably possible, notice will be provided through the service or official social media.

7. Intellectual property and third-party services

Trademarks, images, music, videos, text, and software in the service belong to the operator or their lawful owners. They may not be copied, distributed, or commercially used beyond personal use of the service.

Third-party services such as YouTube and social sign-in may be included and are subject to their providers' terms and policies.

8. Ending use

You may request account deletion from your registered email address by contacting 3ymg@3ycorp.kr. We will verify the request and process it under applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for loss caused by the user, telecommunications failures, third-party services, or force majeure. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Amendments and notices

We may amend these Terms to reflect legal or service changes. Ordinary changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance and material adverse changes at least 30 days in advance through the service or official social media. Urgent legal changes may be excepted.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties will first seek an amicable resolution, and unresolved disputes will be submitted to a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
